The JAM Card can be used in any scenario or personal interaction to quickly
convey that you need a little more time and understanding.

JAM Card

A small plastic card, about the size of a credit card, that can be used when out in public.

The card says ‘Just A Minute’ on one side, and you can choose which message you would like on the other side of your card: I have autism/Asperger’s, I have autism, I have a condition or I have dementia/memory problems.

You simply show this card to anyone who you want speak with, or who speaks to you.

The JAM Card app works the same way as the card, but it also has lots of added features.
